Chief of Staff

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff serves as an extension of the CEO, supporting execution across strategic, operational, and cross-functional priorities.

This role combines executive operations, program management, financial analysis, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning responsibilities. The successful candidate will help drive company-wide execution while supporting the CEO with decision-making, prioritization, and organizational alignment.

The position requires an adaptable operator who can move between analytical work, operational leadership, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Support & Executive Operations

Build financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support materials for executive leadership

Conduct ad hoc analysis across strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives

Track CEO-directed priorities and drive execution across the organization

Prepare:

• Board materials
• Executive briefings
• Investor presentations
• External communications

Product & Cross-Functional Program Coordination

Oversee execution across:

• Product
• Engineering
• Operations

Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines

Manage operational rhythms including:

• Weekly reviews
• Milestone tracking
• Progress reporting
• Risk escalation

Ensure alignment between teams and eliminate execution bottlenecks

Cross-Departmental Leadership

Translate CEO priorities into actionable initiatives across:

• Operations
• Finance
• Marketing
• Legal
• Compliance

Resolve organizational challenges before escalation

Present solutions and recommendations alongside identified issues

Reporting & Business Analysis

Build and maintain executive KPI dashboards

Develop:

• Performance reviews
• Market analyses
• Competitive intelligence reports

Transform data from multiple business functions into actionable insights and executive-level reporting

First 6 Months Priorities

Coordinate launch-related operational workstreams

Support:

• Investor materials
• Pitch deck preparation
• Fundraising logistics

Coordinate regulatory compliance initiatives, including VARA-related workstreams

Establish executive operating systems, including:

• Reporting cadence
• Prioritization frameworks
• Decision logs
• Accountability mechanisms

Long-Term Responsibilities

Lead organizational optimization initiatives

Support strategic planning and execution

Partner with leadership on:

• OKRs
• Performance management
• Organizational effectiveness

Assist with partnership sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation support

Develop business cases for market expansion and new initiatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in:

• Management consulting (MBB or equivalent preferred)
• Investment banking
• Corporate strategy
• Chief of Staff roles

MBA from a top-tier program preferred

Russian language proficiency required

Fluent English communication skills

Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills

Experience leading complex cross-functional programs

Ability to operate independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments

Preferred Experience
