The Founding Director, Workforce Intelligence Research will help support the growth and development of the Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL).
This is a strategic leadership and coordination role focused on building the operational and institutional foundation of the initiative as it expands.
The position is designed for professionals with experience in workforce research, labor market analysis, workforce development, research administration, institutional partnerships, and applied research initiatives.
This is not a traditional recruiting position or academic faculty role.
Instead, the role focuses on helping build scalable workforce intelligence systems, research processes, partnerships, and long-term organizational capabilities.
Support workforce intelligence research initiatives and contributor coordination
Assist with publication development and reporting workflows
Help establish scalable research methodologies and operational processes
Develop documentation standards and coordination frameworks
Support the development and coordination of the WIL fellowship ecosystem
Assist with participant engagement and program organization
Help build systems that support long-term research collaboration
Support outreach efforts with:
Identify opportunities for strategic collaboration and partnership development
