The Role
The Senior Vice President, Professional Services will lead Clinisys' global Professional Services organisation and hold accountability for implementation programmes, solution deployment and value-realisation activities.
The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery that accelerates time-to-value, drives customer adoption and contributes to sustainable revenue growth.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the SVP will shape Clinisys' services strategy by incorporating AI, analytics, automation and intelligent workflows into delivery practices and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Set the strategic direction for the global Professional Services organisation, including service delivery models, capacity planning, utilisation strategies and operating frameworks.
- Define a multi-year roadmap for transforming Professional Services through AI-enabled delivery, automation, workflow intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
- Align Professional Services strategy with company objectives, product strategy and regional market expectations.
- Establish a global services governance model covering delivery quality, methodology compliance, engagement risk management and customer-facing operating cadence.
Professional Services Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of implementation and deployment programmes.
- Ensure predictable execution, high-quality outcomes and customer value attainment.
- Deploy AI-based tools for project health scoring, risk prediction, quality assurance and real-time project visibility.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted implementation accelerators, including configuration recommendations, intelligent test automation and data migration validation.
- Oversee global project portfolio management, including risks, budgets, timelines, scope and customer escalations.
- Define and enforce delivery lifecycle processes covering scoping, estimating, contracting, resource allocation, execution, project closure and post-go-live adoption support.
- Monitor and improve utilisation, realisation, backlog management, delivery margins and on-time/on-budget performance.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Own services revenue forecasting, backlog growth, margin performance and contribution to company financial targets.
- Partner with Sales, Product and Finance on AI-enhanced scoping, pricing and commercial governance tools.
- Develop scalable and profitable service offerings, including AI-powered services.
- Identify new revenue streams, expansion opportunities and value-added services that support growth and customer adoption.
Customer Outcomes & Strategic Engagement
- Ensure implementation programmes deliver measurable, outcome-based value aligned with customer objectives, regulatory requirements and operational goals.
- Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Integrate AI-driven change management and readiness tools to support adoption, workflow optimisation and continuous value realisation.
- Lead post-implementation transition processes that support smooth handoff to operational teams and maximise adoption and long-term satisfaction.
People & Talent Leadership
- Build and scale a global Professional Services organisation with strong capabilities across delivery leadership, Programme Management, Consulting, Training and PMO.
- Lead workforce planning, skills development and resource management to align talent with customer demand and growth strategies.
- Develop learning pathways that strengthen AI literacy, data-driven consulting, analytical reasoning and delivery innovation.
- Foster a performance-driven culture focused on delivery excellence, customer advocacy, accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale software implementations.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare; laboratory experience preferred.
- 10+ years of demonstrated success driving profitability and utilisation.
- Process improvement experience required.

Compensation
$240,000–$300,000 annual base salary
Actual starting compensation may vary based on work location, qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements & Travel
- Work is generally performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
- Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
- International and domestic travel is required, at approximately 25%–50%.
Onboarding
New employees are required to attend or travel to a Clinisys office on their first day of employment at one of the following locations:

First-day attendance supports identity verification, required documentation, IT equipment setup, introductions to key team members and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
