Caelum Diagnostic Solutions is seeking a full-time Chief Operating Officer to lead and manage company operations.
This is a remote executive leadership role focused on translating strategic goals into operational execution while supporting long-term business growth.
The COO will work closely with executives and team leaders to improve efficiency, manage budgets, align priorities, and build a scalable foundation for the company’s next growth stage.
Compensation is equity-only at this stage, with plans to transition to salary compensation after completion of the seed funding round.
