Phibro is seeking a PMO Leader to establish and lead the Project Management Office within its Technology Group.
This strategic leadership role is responsible for enabling delivery of corporate objectives, technology priorities, and measurable business value through strong project governance and execution.
The PMO Leader will oversee a small team of full-time project managers in the U.S. and Israel, along with part-time project managers and subject matter experts embedded across functional teams.
The position is remote and based from Teaneck, New Jersey.
You will build and mature the Technology Group PMO within a global matrixed organization.
The role includes ensuring all technology projects align with corporate strategy, priorities, and business outcomes.
You will lead consistent project delivery practices and improve enterprise project management maturity.
You will manage PMO budget oversight and resource allocation across a lean global organization.
You will coach project managers, serve as an escalation point, and resolve cross-functional delivery risks and barriers.
You will establish ROI and benefits realization processes from project concept through completion.
You will lead implementation, stabilization, and optimization of Microsoft Planner and related project management tools.
You will help drive adoption of AI-enabled work practices across the Technology Group.
Candidates should have 20+ years of progressive experience in technology, project management, or portfolio management.
You should have proven success leading PMO implementation or maturity programs within complex global organizations.
Experience operating in global or multi-site environments with lean staffing and resource constraints is important.
Strong leadership experience managing teams, coaching talent, and driving accountability is required.
Applicants should be highly skilled in governance models including waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Excellent communication, executive presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Strong interest in AI and willingness to apply AI-enabled tools in operations is highly valuable.
