
FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Veriflow, an AI-native denial management and revenue recovery venture currently being developed within the FutureSight studio.
This is a co-founder opportunity with meaningful founder equity and is not a salaried executive position.
The venture is entering a $16B+ total addressable market focused on underserved mid-market healthcare practices dealing with denied medical claims and revenue recovery challenges.
Veriflow AI is designed to resolve denied and aged claims end-to-end through an outcome-based contingency pricing model where practices pay no upfront fees and compensation is tied to successfully recovered revenue.
Research conducted with billing managers, practice owners, revenue cycle leaders, and insurance organizations identified major inefficiencies and operational gaps within healthcare claims management.

Direct experience within healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or denial management
Understanding of denial codes, administrative denials, and fragmented healthcare workflow systems
Previous founding experience within venture-backed companies
Experience leading B2B SaaS go-to-market initiatives
Fundraising and investor communication experience
Proven ability to recruit and retain high-performing teams
Strong understanding of the realities and demands of venture-backed startup leadership
