Orchestra is seeking a Construction Accounting Associate to support and eventually grow into a Fractional Controller and long-term finance leadership track.

This is a highly hands-on finance and accounting operations role focused on construction bookkeeping, project accounting, billing workflows, and financial process ownership within construction environments.
Own bookkeeping and accounting workflows for construction industry clients.
Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and project accounting documentation.
Support financial controls and accounting process standardization.
Manage AIA billing processes including:
Support construction draw management and project-related financial reporting.
Work across multiple accounting systems and financial platforms.
Support implementation and optimization of accounting workflows and reporting structures.
Coordinate financial information between project operations and accounting functions.
Partner closely with senior finance leadership and receive mentorship toward Controller and CFO-level responsibilities.
Contribute to scalable finance infrastructure as the firm grows.
Strong construction accounting experience.
Hands-on familiarity with AIA billing workflows and construction financial processes.
Experience across multiple accounting systems and platforms.
Ability to independently manage bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
Interest in long-term finance leadership development.
