
We’ve partnered with a leading private equity sponsor to identify a Vice President of Corporate Development for a brand new, high-growth facility services platform. This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundational leadership role and architect an aggressive, multi-year M&A strategy at the ground floor of a new investment.
The successful candidate will bring a proven record of deal execution ideally within commercial or industrial services or similarly complex, operationally intensive sectors. We are seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced, lean environments and has successfully completed a meaningful volume of transactions in the lower middle market.
While experience in route-based or facility services is advantageous, it is not required. Strong, repeatable experience driving deal flow, evaluating targets, and managing transactions to close will be essential.
This is a remote role open to candidates across the United States.
The compensation package is highly competitive and includes an attractive equity stake, offering meaningful upside as the platform scales.
