Fractional CFO – HoldCo Strategic Finance Leader
Reports To: Managing Director and Board of Directors
Engagement Type: Fractional / 1099
Hours: 20–40 hours per month, adjusted based on acquisition and capital-raising activity
Location: Fully remote with quarterly in-person board meetings

The Fractional CFO will serve as the strategic financial leader for the holding company, working closely with executive leadership, the Board, and operating company leadership teams.
The role focuses on building institutional-grade financial infrastructure, supporting debt and capital-raising initiatives, leading M&A financial workstreams, and preparing the platform for a future exit.
The organization is seeking a CFO with experience in multi-entity consolidation, acquisitions, capital raises, private equity environments, and post-acquisition integration.
Consolidate financial reporting across all operating brands
Develop gross margin, labor utilization, and cash flow dashboards
Support Job Costing implementation within ServiceTitan
Establish month-end close procedures and audit-ready reporting standards
Lead debt and capital raise initiatives
Manage lender and investor relationships
Prepare board reporting packages and investor updates
Support due diligence and reporting requirements
Lead financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings reviews
Develop acquisition models and transaction structures
Manage post-acquisition financial integration
Coordinate with legal and tax advisors on transaction execution
Oversee multi-entity treasury operations
Manage banking relationships
Implement working capital optimization initiatives
Improve cash flow and collections performance
Develop and maintain the exit data room
Coordinate sell-side Quality of Earnings reviews and audit preparation
Maintain acquisition-grade consolidated financial reporting.
10+ years of senior finance leadership experience
Current or recent CFO or VP Finance experience
CPA, MBA, or equivalent credential
Multi-entity consolidation expertise
Private equity portfolio company or rollup platform experience
Capital raise experience involving debt, equity, or SBA financing
M&A due diligence and integration experience.
