Head of Capital Raising & Investor Relations / Co-Founder

Role Overview

Bizmoni is seeking a Head of Capital Raising & Investor Relations / Co-Founder to work closely with the CFO on fundraising, investor engagement, and long-term capital strategy.

This is an equity-oriented startup leadership role designed for an experienced fundraising operator capable of helping the company secure seed and Series A financing while contributing strategically to company growth.

The role combines capital formation, investor relationship management, startup fundraising execution, and co-founder-level business building responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising and Fundraising

Lead fundraising initiatives across:

• Seed financing
• Series A fundraising
• Investor outreach
• Venture capital engagement

Build and manage relationships with:

• Investors
• Venture capital firms
• Brokers
• Strategic capital partners

Support fundraising efforts across the USA, UK, and Middle East markets.

Investor Relations

Maintain communication and engagement with existing and prospective investors.

Help position the company for future funding opportunities and long-term investor confidence.

Collaborate with leadership on fundraising materials, investor messaging, and strategic growth discussions.

Strategic Startup Leadership

Operate as a shareholder and co-founder-level contributor within the business.

Work closely with the CFO and leadership team on growth initiatives and company scaling.

Support expansion of the AI Super App platform and broader business development efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong experience in capital raising and investor relations.

Track record securing Seed and Series A funding.

Experience working with:

• Venture capital firms
• Investors
• Brokers
• Startup financing ecosystems

Comfortable operating in remote startup environments.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in high-risk, equity-driven environments.

Self-directed, disciplined, and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience.

English fluency required.

Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency preferred.

Experience using Microsoft Teams.

Exposure to international fundraising environments across:

• USA
• UK
• Middle East

Commitment and Compensation
