About the Role

The company is seeking a VP or Director-level leader to help drive its transformation into AI data center infrastructure.

This role is responsible for leading strategic development initiatives, managing infrastructure expansion, supporting capital markets activity, and building commercial relationships with AI and HPC customers.

The position is remote-friendly with flexible location preferences, ideally within the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities

You will lead development and execution of AI data center projects ranging from 10MW to 100MW scale.

The role includes working with utilities, gas suppliers, EPC firms, and other infrastructure partners to support site development and power strategy.

You will contribute to strategic initiatives such as IPO readiness, capital raising efforts, and partnership development.

You will drive business development with AI, high-performance computing, and institutional customers.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, legal, finance, and operations to ensure successful execution of growth plans.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following sectors: digital infrastructure, data centers, energy, utilities, natural gas, cryptocurrency, or Bitcoin mining.

You should possess a strong commercial mindset combined with proven execution capability.

Experience working with or within U.S. public companies is a strong advantage.

Applicants must be comfortable operating in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments with evolving priorities.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
