
SkillUp is an edtech company focused on helping learners and organizations build practical, job-ready skills. The company develops programs and projects aimed at closing skill gaps and adapting to changes driven by AI and evolving workforce demands.
This is a fractional, remote role focused on shaping SkillUp’s program portfolio for the US market. The position involves working across product, marketing, and leadership teams to guide decisions on what programs to build, improve, or remove.
You will act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on contributor, helping bring structure to how programs are planned and evaluated.
You will define the direction of the program portfolio by identifying opportunities based on market demand and recommending which programs to develop or adjust. You will introduce structure to how programs are managed, including lifecycle stages, performance tracking, and overall portfolio health.
You will analyze the US market, including competitors, pricing, and hiring trends, and use those insights to guide decisions. You will also lead demand validation efforts, working with marketing to test ideas before programs are built.
You will support pricing decisions, help shape program positioning, and ensure each program is aligned with clear outcomes and target audiences. You will work closely with internal teams to guide decisions and provide input on execution.
You have experience in edtech, workforce learning, or a related field, and have worked on building or managing program portfolios. You understand the US education and training landscape and are comfortable using market insights to guide decisions.
You are able to work across teams, communicate clearly, and operate independently in a role that requires both structure and flexibility. You are comfortable taking ownership and contributing at both a planning and execution level.
This is a fractional role with an expected commitment of around 20 hours per week. The position is fully remote and focused on the US market.
