
You would be embedded within the executive team, owning the performance and delivery of the professional services function. This role focuses on driving operational discipline, improving financial performance, and ensuring strong client delivery across all engagements.
You will take ownership of the professional services practice, including revenue performance, gross margin, and utilization. You will oversee client relationships across active engagements, ensuring delivery quality and maintaining strong executive-level connections.
You will establish and refine delivery standards, including project governance, reporting cadence, and risk management processes. You will also drive operational improvements such as KPI tracking, forecasting, and capacity planning to support business growth.
In addition, you will optimize utilization across teams, improve invoicing discipline, and ensure scope changes are properly managed. You will also advise leadership on hiring, pricing strategy, and how the services function should evolve as the company scales.
You have significant experience leading professional services or delivery teams within software or technology environments. You have owned P&L outcomes, including margin, utilization, and pricing strategy, and have built or scaled delivery operations in growing organizations.
You are comfortable operating in a fractional or embedded capacity, working across multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of output. You bring a practical approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
