Unndr is a direct-to-consumer lingerie and self-care subscription brand with a global audience and seven-figure revenue. The company has grown organically without external funding and is now entering a stage where it needs structure and leadership to scale sustainably.
This is a fractional to full-time CEO role based in London with hybrid flexibility. The position involves working closely with the founders to bring structure, improve financial performance, and guide the next phase of growth.
You will be responsible for building a clear path to profitability while maintaining momentum across the business.
You will take ownership of financial planning, cash flow visibility, and operational structure, while improving margins and overall efficiency. You will oversee growth efforts, including paid marketing and customer acquisition, and identify opportunities to increase revenue through subscriptions, partnerships, and new channels.
You will refine the business model, improve retention, and optimize pricing and positioning. You will also lead the team, introduce clearer execution processes, and support the transition from reactive to more structured operations.
You will help define the company’s direction, support preparation for potential investment, and build a roadmap for scaling beyond current revenue levels.
You have experience scaling consumer or direct-to-consumer brands and are comfortable working across both strategy and execution. You understand financial management, growth channels, and how to build a more stable and scalable business.
You are able to lead teams, make decisions under pressure, and bring clarity to complex situations. Experience with subscription models, fundraising, or scaling brands through growth stages is valuable.
This role offers flexibility between fractional and full-time involvement, with meaningful equity available. The position is based in London with a hybrid setup.
