DQventures is seeking a Founder & CEO to lead a new B2B business. This is a fully remote opportunity designed for experienced professionals who have identified a problem in their industry and want to build a commercial solution around it.
The role begins as a part-time, equity-only position. Once the business reaches sufficient revenue or secures funding, it will transition into a full-time role with a market-rate founder salary. All working capital required to validate, build, and launch the business will be provided by DQventures.
You will lead the early-stage research process by conducting user interviews, gathering market insights, and validating the problem to shape the initial solution. You will assess competitors, identify market gaps, and define positioning opportunities.
You will be responsible for launching the first version of the business with support from the internal venture-building team. This may involve a service-led, no-code, or technology-enabled model designed to test real customer demand.
The role also includes leading early sales efforts, pitching prospects, closing initial customers, and onboarding clients. You will continuously refine the offer, pricing model, and business strategy using feedback and performance data.
You will join weekly strategy calls with the venture-building team, commit a minimum of 12 hours per week, and take full ownership of the company’s direction, decisions, and long-term success. If required, you may also lead fundraising efforts with support from DQventures.
Candidates should have at least 15 years of professional experience, ideally in leadership or senior functional roles. You should possess strong domain expertise in a specific sector or function and have identified an inefficiency or opportunity worth solving through a new business.
A proven track record of executing complex projects or launching new initiatives is important. Experience in sales, partnerships, business development, product management, operations, or service design is highly valuable.
You should also bring a strong professional network within your industry and the ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment.
The selected founder will receive 80% equity ownership in the company and access to fully funded validation and launch support. DQventures provides all working capital needed to build and grow the business.
You will work closely with experienced founders, investors, and operators who provide hands-on support across strategy, product development, and go-to-market execution.
The opportunity allows you to build the business part-time before transitioning full-time, while also gaining access to a global founder network and fundraising support when the business is ready to scale.
