DotWorld is hiring an OEM Data Partnerships Manager to support one of its SaaS products focused on providing full vehicle history from a VIN or license plate.
The company is seeking to strengthen direct relationships with key automotive data holders including OEMs, insurers, DMS vendors, and public institutions.
This role reports directly to the CEO and sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, strategy, and technology.
The position is available remotely across Europe or in a hybrid setup based in Lausanne.
You will define and execute the company’s long-term data partnerships strategy aligned with valuation and growth objectives.
The role includes identifying, approaching, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships that provide direct access to vehicle history data through VIN sources.
You will build tailored commercial narratives for each stakeholder group including OEMs, insurers, DMS vendors, and public entities.
You will manage complex negotiations and long sales cycles with major industry players.
You will build and maintain a strong network across the European automotive ecosystem while monitoring market trends, technologies, and regulations such as GDPR and vehicle data access rules.
You will collaborate with the technology team to ensure successful integration of new data sources and maintain dashboards tracking key partnership performance metrics.
You will also represent the Data Partnerships function to senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in the automotive industry or automotive data ecosystem.
You should possess an established network with OEMs and other relevant stakeholders such as insurers, DMS providers, and public institutions.
Applicants must have successfully negotiated and signed at least one OEM data partnership.
Strong knowledge of contractual and regulatory frameworks related to vehicle data, including GDPR and data-sharing agreements, is required.
You should be comfortable discussing APIs, data formats, and integration topics with technical teams.
Strong commercial instincts, leadership skills, autonomy, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles are essential.
Fluent English is mandatory. Fluent French is preferred, and German is a plus.
This role offers direct strategic impact on a high-priority initiative tied to company valuation and future growth.
You will report directly to senior leadership while building a new function from the ground up with strong autonomy.
