This role is with a private equity-backed marketing transformation agency based on the East Coast, focused on expanding its national presence through a senior leadership hire.
The Managing Director of Client Growth will be responsible for driving revenue by selling the agency’s services across creative, analytics, strategy, media, social, and consulting.
The role focuses on building relationships with top brands, particularly in the B2B space, and leading complex, multi-touch sales processes.
You will lead business development efforts, targeting enterprise clients and driving new revenue opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing, while maintaining a consultative approach.
You will carry an individual revenue target while also managing and supporting a team, ensuring alignment between sales execution and broader growth objectives.
You come from an agency, marketing consultancy, or digital transformation environment and have strong experience in consultative selling. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and engaging with senior stakeholders.
You have experience selling to Fortune 100 companies, with a strong preference for B2B exposure. You understand the advertising landscape and how different services connect to deliver value.
You are capable of balancing individual performance with team leadership and are based in the United States with the ability to work EST hours.
The role offers a base salary of up to $300,000 with uncapped commission.
This is a remote role aligned with EST working hours.
