
Neolytix is seeking a senior healthcare professional to lead its Payer Contract Analytics practice on a fractional basis.
This is a remote, part-time or retainer role based in the United States, combining business development, client leadership, and oversight of an offshore analytics team.
Neolytix is a healthcare services company serving over 270 provider organizations, offering revenue cycle management, credentialing, and analytics services. The company is building a dedicated practice focused on payer contract intelligence, helping providers benchmark rates and negotiate more effectively.
The role is responsible for building and scaling the payer contract analytics practice while leading client engagements and driving revenue growth.
It involves owning relationships, guiding strategy, and ensuring high-quality delivery across analytics projects.
The position requires both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in business development and execution.
The role includes developing a pipeline through existing networks and targeted outreach, leading discovery conversations, and closing new engagements.
It involves serving as the senior relationship owner for clients, presenting insights, guiding negotiation strategies, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
The position requires overseeing delivery by setting methodology standards, reviewing outputs, and collaborating with offshore analytics teams and technical leadership.
It also includes contributing to practice development by shaping service offerings, building referral partnerships, and supporting go-to-market strategy.
The practice is supported by established analytics methodologies and playbooks, along with a data partnership providing access to transparency data.
There is an existing technical team, including analysts and a technical lead, as well as an existing client base for cross-selling opportunities.
Back-office functions such as finance, legal, and HR are already in place.
Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in the US healthcare sector, with deep expertise in payer contracting, managed care, or provider reimbursement.
A strong track record in consulting, advisory, or analytics-driven roles is required, along with experience managing engagements in the $100K to $500K range.
An established network of healthcare executives, practice leaders, or private equity partners is important.
The role requires the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights, oversee offshore teams, and demonstrate strong executive presence.
Candidates should be entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable working within a distributed team environment.
The role offers a base retainer providing stable income, along with performance-based incentives including commission and deal-based bonuses.
Total compensation is designed to be competitive for fractional executive roles.
The position is structured as either W-2 or 1099, based on preference, with occasional travel required for client meetings or conferences.
The expected start date is Q2 2026.
