About the Role

The company is seeking a Director to support business development and account growth initiatives.

This role will work closely with other members of the Business Development team while partnering with consulting solution teams, finance, and operations to deliver value to clients and expand commercial opportunities.

The position is focused on growing existing accounts, winning new business, and managing strategic client relationships across high-priority healthcare and life sciences accounts.

Responsibilities

You will expand existing client accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

The role includes leading account planning efforts by identifying revenue growth opportunities and developing strategic expansion plans.

You will research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and build relationships with key contacts to generate new opportunities.

You will serve as a primary relationship manager and business development liaison for multiple pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic clients.

You will collaborate internally with consulting teams, finance, and operations to support successful client delivery and long-term account growth.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least five years of experience in full-cycle sales and business development.

You should possess experience in market access, reimbursement, and healthcare policy.

Applicants must be results-driven, strategic, forward-thinking professionals with strong commercial instincts.

Strong relationship-building and client management skills are essential.

A college degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
