The Financial Leadership Partner serves as an outsourced CFO and strategic financial advisor for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients.
The successful candidate will work directly with business owners and leadership teams to improve profitability, strengthen financial visibility, optimize cash flow, and support strategic decision-making.
This is a highly consultative role that combines financial leadership, operational insight, client advisory services, and performance improvement initiatives.
Serve as the primary financial advisor for a portfolio of SMB clients with revenues ranging from approximately $3 million to $50 million.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain:
Ensure financial reporting is actionable, practical, and aligned with business objectives.
Work directly with business owners to identify opportunities for:
Provide strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
Translate financial data into strategic business decisions.
Support leadership teams through:

Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of:

Minimum 10 years of financial leadership experience in roles such as:
Experience supporting small and mid-sized businesses is required.
Strong experience in:

Demonstrated success helping organizations improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Strong communication and advisory skills.
Ability to:
Bachelor's Degree in:
