The company is seeking a Real Estate Partnerships & Co-Founder to help scale strategic partnerships within the multifamily real estate sector.

Role Overview

This is a founding-level opportunity intended for individuals with experience or relationships within multifamily real estate, property management, or related industries.

The selected candidate will work directly with leadership to develop strategic partnerships, support portfolio expansion, and contribute to long-term company growth initiatives.

The Opportunity

This is a 100% performance-based equity partnership opportunity.

Milestone A:
Securing 10 contracts results in elevation to Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder status.

Key Responsibilities

Open the Market

Secure initial contracts with luxury residential communities using personal sales skills, relationships, or industry networks.

Automate & Scale

Implement technology-driven sales funnels and workflows to support ongoing pipeline growth and operational scalability.

Lead the Vision

Represent SuiteFit within the assigned market while aligning multifamily asset value with the company’s wellness technology platform.

Compensation & Perks

100% performance-based equity structure

Earn 0.01% equity for every 200 qualified units secured

Receive a 1.0% bonus equity grant upon reaching the first 200-contract milestone

Maximum equity ownership opportunity of up to 3.0% based on execution and performance

Flexible and autonomous work structure

Potential pathway to a C-suite co-founder position within 24 months

Qualifications

No specific degree, certification, or prior industry experience required

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset preferred

Ability to independently drive business growth and partnership development
