The platform helps streamline clinical decision-making by combining capabilities such as differential diagnosis generation, pediatric dose calculations, arterial blood gas (ABG) interpretation, and patient task management within a single workspace.

Medulla incorporates India-specific clinical guidelines from organizations such as ICMR and AIIMS to support safer and more efficient patient care.

The company focuses on improving healthcare team collaboration through AI-driven clinical support tools.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote opportunity for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO).

The Chief Sales Officer will lead sales strategy and execution, drive revenue growth, oversee sales operations, develop high-performing sales teams, and expand strategic customer relationships.

The role is responsible for aligning sales initiatives with overall business objectives while identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute company-wide sales initiatives

Manage and optimize sales operations and processes

Develop, train, and mentor a high-performing sales organization

Create and implement revenue growth strategies

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives

Ensure alignment between sales objectives and company goals

Drive collaboration and performance across the sales function

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in sales and sales operations

Strong background in sales management and revenue leadership

Experience training, coaching, and developing sales teams

Strong team leadership and management capabilities

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Experience in healthcare, health technology, or software sales preferred

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
