The Sales Director will lead business development and account management efforts across key US customers.
This role requires strong industry relationships, particularly with transceiver manufacturers and hyperscalers, along with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive revenue growth.

Develop and manage strategic relationships with US-based transceiver manufacturers, hyperscalers, and ecosystem partners.
Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities.
Maintain and expand existing accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
Understand customer requirements, product roadmaps, and procurement processes to position solutions effectively.
Track and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and competitive dynamics within key accounts.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align customer needs with technical solutions.
Lead customer engagements, including technical discussions, negotiations, and program execution.
Provide regular updates on account performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through.
Support administrative and coordination activities related to sales initiatives and executive priorities.
10 or more years of experience in sales or account management within optical communications, photonics, or related high-tech industries.
Established relationships with US transceiver manufacturers and hyperscale customers.
Proven track record of winning and expanding business within strategic accounts.
Strong understanding of the optical communications ecosystem and market dynamics.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Part-time role at approximately 60 to 75 percent of full-time capacity.
Flexible structure based on business needs, with potential to transition into a full-time position.
Travel required for customer meetings and industry events.
