A growing advisory firm within the professional services sector is seeking a commercially driven M&A Deal Consultant to support high-value transactions on a fractional basis.
This is a sales-focused role centered on relationship management, negotiation, and transaction progression rather than technical corporate finance or due diligence work.
The organization is particularly interested in exited founders and senior commercial operators with strong relationship-building and deal-closing experience.
Lead buyer and seller meetings throughout active transactions
Manage commercial discussions and negotiations
Build trust with founders and senior stakeholders
Maintain transaction momentum and stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with legal and finance teams during deal execution
Act as the commercial lead across live opportunities
Guide deals from qualified introductions through completion
Previous experience in M&A, brokerage, or transaction-based sales
Background as an exited founder or senior commercial executive preferred
Strong negotiation and relationship-management capabilities
Comfortable leading high-value commercial conversations
Professional services industry credibility considered advantageous
Ability to work remotely with occasional London-based meetings
