CEO Life’s operating model centers around executive membership growth, relationship-driven networking, leadership programming, and recurring community engagement.

Role Overview

The Chapter Director is a commission-based executive membership sales and business development leadership role responsible for growing CEO Life’s executive community within a specialized industry segment.

Chapter Directors operate as independent partners within a five-person Executive Leadership Pod and focus on identifying, engaging, and enrolling CEOs, founders, and C-suite executives into the CEO Life membership ecosystem.

This is a highly relationship-driven sales role designed for professionals experienced in executive-level networking, consultative selling, and high-level business relationship management.

Each chapter includes four industry-specialized Chapter Directors:

Director of Enterprise, Capital & Business Leadership

Focus on executives across:

  • Banking
  • Legal
  • Accounting
  • Insurance
  • Wealth management
  • Real estate
  • Private equity
  • Corporate leadership sectors

Director of Technology, Innovation & Digital Transformation

Focus on:

  • SaaS
  • Cybersecurity
  • AI
  • Software development
  • Emerging technology companies

Director of Impact, Policy & Community Systems

Focus on:

  • Nonprofit executives
  • Government leaders
  • Education leaders
  • Healthcare administrators
  • Mission-driven organizations

Director of Health, Life Sciences & Human Performance

Focus on:

  • Healthcare executives
  • Biotech founders
  • Wellness organizations
  • Human performance companies

Key Responsibilities

Executive Membership Sales

Develop relationships with CEOs, founders, and C-suite executives within assigned market segments.

Drive executive membership enrollment into the CEO Life network.

Consistently enroll new executive members on a recurring monthly basis.

Business Development and Outreach

Leverage LinkedIn automation, outreach systems, networking, and relationship-building strategies to engage executive-level decision-makers.

Build and maintain executive pipelines across target industries.

Develop long-term referral and relationship networks.

Event and Community Engagement

Support and drive attendance at executive networking events and chapter gatherings.

Collaborate with local chapter leadership to deliver high-quality executive experiences.

Help strengthen peer-level engagement across the executive membership community.

Revenue Generation

Generate recurring revenue through:

  • Membership enrollments
  • Performance incentives
  • Sponsorship opportunities

Build long-term recurring commission streams tied to member retention and growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience selling directly to CEOs, founders, or senior executives.

Strong executive-level business development and relationship-building background.

Established professional network within target industries.

Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating independently.

Strong communication, networking, and consultative sales capabilities.

High emotional intelligence and ability to engage executives as peers.

Comfortable working within performance-based compensation structures.

Compensation Structure

  • Independent partner / commission-based role
  • Part-time flexibility
  • On-target earnings ranging from approximately $70,000–$150,000+ annually uncapped
  • Recurring commission structure tied to executive membership growth
  • Additional performance bonuses and sponsorship revenue opportunities
