US-Based Sales Hunter (AI / SaaS) | Rankfender

This is a remote, US-based role focused on driving outbound prospecting and booking qualified meetings for an AI visibility platform. Compensation is structured as a combination of a fixed monthly retainer and pay-per-qualified-meeting, with terms negotiated individually.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying target prospects through manual research, including reviewing websites, content activity, and AI visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT and other large language models.

You will audit each prospect in detail, documenting findings in a structured spreadsheet, including CMS identification, content activity, AI visibility gaps, and competitive positioning. All prospects must be reviewed and approved before any outreach is initiated.

You will conduct highly personalized LinkedIn outreach based on your research, using tailored messaging that reflects specific insights from each audit. This role is focused entirely on manual, high-quality outreach rather than automated campaigns.

You will be responsible for booking qualified meetings with senior decision-makers such as CMOs, Heads of Digital, Founders, and Heads of Growth. You will focus on generating opportunities, while the founder manages the closing process.

You will maintain a consistent daily workflow, submitting a set number of fully audited prospects each day and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality across all entries.

Who You Are

You are based in the United States and have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for manual prospecting, including building targeted lead lists and identifying decision-makers.

You are highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with spreadsheets, ensuring all research and outreach preparation is documented clearly and accurately.

You have strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized, non-generic outreach messages based on real insights.

You are comfortable conducting technical checks, including identifying website CMS platforms and evaluating content activity and digital presence.

You may have experience selling SEO, AI, or marketing SaaS solutions, and understand how AI-driven search and answer engines are changing digital visibility.

You are self-directed, organized, and able to operate independently while maintaining alignment with leadership through regular check-ins.
