This Head of Associates position is a strategic, part-time leadership role focused on driving client acquisition and expanding high-value relationships within a specialist recruitment firm. You will operate with a high level of autonomy while playing a key role in shaping business development strategy and long-term growth.

You will leverage your network and industry influence to identify new opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and convert connections into meaningful business outcomes. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on business development, with the added opportunity to earn equity in the business.
You will own and expand relationships across sectors including renewable energy, sustainability, environmental services, health and safety, engineering, and infrastructure. You will identify emerging talent needs within your network and convert them into successful placements.
You will also mentor and guide other associates, helping maximize performance and drive collective growth. As part of the leadership structure, you will contribute to shaping the firm’s business development strategy and positioning within the market.
You bring a strong and trusted professional network, along with experience in leadership, consulting, recruitment, or industry roles within relevant sectors. You are commercially driven, relationship-focused, and motivated by the opportunity to build something with long-term value.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, complemented by the opportunity to earn equity in the business. The position is fully remote and offers flexibility to work across the UK and internationally.
