
This Fractional Inside Sales Director position is a remote leadership opportunity for a senior sales operator who can quickly assess performance, implement improvements, and drive measurable revenue outcomes. The role is designed for experienced professionals who thrive in high-impact, flexible engagements.
You will work directly with executive leadership to strengthen inside sales performance, improve pipeline visibility, and build scalable systems that accelerate growth. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys stepping into dynamic environments, diagnosing issues quickly, and delivering results in a short timeframe.
You will assess current inside sales performance, team structure, and pipeline health to identify key areas for improvement. You will implement scalable sales processes, cadences, and playbooks that improve consistency and execution across the team.
You will focus on increasing conversion rates across both inbound and outbound channels while establishing stronger forecasting discipline and clearer pipeline visibility. You will coach and develop SDRs, BDRs, and inside sales representatives to improve productivity and performance.
You will also partner with leadership on go-to-market strategy, revenue planning, and hiring needs for inside sales talent.
You bring 8 to 15 or more years of inside sales leadership experience, with a strong track record of improving sales performance quickly and effectively. Experience within B2B or high-growth environments is preferred.
You have a strong operational mindset and are comfortable combining strategy with hands-on execution. You are skilled at identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and leading teams through change. Experience in fractional, consulting, or advisory roles is an advantage.
You are a confident communicator with strong leadership presence and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
Success in this role means improved sales performance, stronger conversion rates, clearer forecasting, and a more effective inside sales team operating with scalable systems and processes.
This is a remote role for US-based candidates only. The engagement is fractional, with commitment levels defined based on business needs. Compensation is competitive and structured on an hourly or retainer basis, with an immediate start preferred.
