About the Role

Kaseya is seeking a Director of Revenue Accounting to lead its global revenue operations within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. This role requires deep expertise in ASC 606, strong leadership capability, and the ability to drive operational excellence across revenue processes, systems, and reporting.

About the Company

Kaseya is a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers and internal IT organizations worldwide. Powered by AI, its technologies enable organizations to efficiently manage and secure IT environments while supporting long-term business growth.

Founded in 2000, Kaseya serves customers in over 20 countries and manages more than 15 million endpoints globally. The company has experienced sustained double-digit growth and is backed by Insight Venture Partners, a global private equity firm focused on high-growth technology companies.

The Opportunity

This role owns the end-to-end revenue accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across global operations. You will lead the monthly revenue close process, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure alignment with ASC 606 and SOX requirements.

You will also play a key role in managing complex revenue arrangements, supporting audits, and enhancing processes that improve efficiency and reduce risk. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Systems.

What You’ll Do

You will lead the global monthly revenue close process, ensuring results are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. You will oversee revenue recognition across complex arrangements while maintaining a disciplined and controlled close environment.

You will manage and enhance contract review processes, evaluating non-standard terms and advising on revenue implications in partnership with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk teams. You will also strengthen analytical review procedures, ensuring accuracy across revenue, accounts receivable, and contract balances while enforcing SOX compliance globally.

In collaboration with FP&A, you will support forecasting efforts, bridge ARR to GAAP revenue, and provide clear explanations of variances. You will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across financial and operational teams.

You will lead and develop a team of revenue accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and scaling the function in line with business growth. You will also drive operational improvements, support quote-to-cash systems, and leverage automation and AI to increase efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

You bring 10 to 15 or more years of experience in revenue or technical accounting, with deep expertise in ASC 606. You have experience leading global revenue close processes within SaaS or technology environments and possess strong knowledge of SOX and internal controls.

You have a proven track record of leadership, execution, and cross-functional collaboration, along with experience working with FP&A teams. Familiarity with quote-to-cash systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or Zuora is important, along with strong communication skills.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role is defined by accurate and timely financial closes, clean audits without material adjustments, and clear visibility between ARR and GAAP revenue. You will establish scalable processes and build a high-performing, engaged team that supports the company’s continued growth.

Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges from $165,000 to $195,000.
