A growing organisation seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to support recruitment and talent objectives across multiple international markets.
The Role
The Interim Talent Acquisition Director will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across technology and business-critical functions, partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and execute hiring strategies supporting organisational growth and transformation.
This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to quickly build stakeholder credibility, manage complex hiring programmes, and deliver results with significant autonomy in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Digital, and Transformation functions.
- Develop and manage international talent pipelines, particularly across European markets.
- Drive direct sourcing activity and reduce reliance on recruitment agencies.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Recruit for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
Stakeholder & Workforce Strategy
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape talent strategies and workforce planning.
- Influence hiring decisions through market intelligence and recruitment insights.
- Provide talent mapping and hiring intelligence to support business decision-making.
Programme & Transformation Support
- Manage multiple concurrent hiring programmes within a complex stakeholder environment.
- Support Agile delivery teams and transformation initiatives through effective recruitment strategies.
- Support Product, Engineering, and Transformation teams with specialist hiring requirements.
Qualifications
- Significant experience recruiting within Technology, Digital, Product, and Transformation environments.
- Proven track record delivering international recruitment campaigns, particularly across Europe.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience supporting Agile delivery, Product, Engineering, and Transformation teams.
- Expertise in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and talent attraction strategies.
Essential: Candidates must have the required Technology, Digital, Product, Transformation, international recruitment, Agile, and direct sourcing experience.

Time Commitment
- Initial 3–6 month interim contract.
Work Arrangement
- Fully remote.
