You would be contributing as a board-adjacent advisor focused on identifying and supporting companies at key growth inflection points. This role centers on connecting qualified leaders and businesses to a structured platform designed to drive enterprise value growth.
You will identify companies with the potential to reach $100M+ in enterprise value but lack the structure or clarity to get there. You will introduce key decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, and investors, and help assess whether there is a strong fit for the platform.
You will also support maintaining the quality and integrity of engagements by applying your judgment and experience to evaluate timing, readiness, and alignment. The role is focused on influence, pattern recognition, and access rather than direct execution.
You are a senior leader with experience advising executives, boards, or investment groups. You are comfortable evaluating businesses at growth inflection points and understand what drives enterprise value.
You have strong relationships with founders, executives, or investors and are able to identify opportunities where strategic guidance and accountability can unlock growth. You prefer to contribute at a high level without taking on operational or fiduciary responsibility.
