About the Organization

The European Platform of Transport Sciences (EPTS Foundation e.V.) is a nonprofit organisation operating predominantly on a voluntary basis.

The organisation is looking for a Head of Office to support its events, communications, administration and day-to-day operations while working closely with the EPTS General Secretariat, Executive Board and General Assembly.

The Role

The Head of Office will be responsible for coordinating the organisation's administrative and communications activities. The workload will vary throughout the year, with higher levels of activity during spring and autumn.

Most work can be completed remotely through home office and flexitime. Some meetings require online attendance during usual working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Programs

• Organise events and competitions, including the European Transport Congress and European Friedrich-List-Award.

Qualifications

• Interest in a long-term engagement of more than 5–10 years.
• Some background in EPTS-like nonprofit organisations operating predominantly on a voluntary basis.

Work Arrangement & Travel

Camp Dream provides life-changing experiences for children and young adults with moderate to severe physical and developmental disabilities, including its signature 1:1 overnight Summer Camp programme.
