About the Company
STOIX is conducting a confidential search for a fast-growing, founder-led and profitable health and wellness brand.
The business has scaled to approximately £8m in revenue on a bootstrapped basis and is targeting £15m–£20m over the next two to three years. Finance is currently managed by the founder alongside an external accountant, and the business is now looking to bring genuine commercial finance capability in-house.
The Role
This will be the company's first fractional Finance Director/CFO. The role will take ownership of core financial reporting while providing commercial insight and acting as a strategic sounding board to the Founder.
The successful candidate will help strengthen financial visibility, improve decision-making and identify opportunities to improve margins and support future growth, including potential acquisitions.
