Salary: £100,000 FTE
Compensation will be adjusted based on the agreed part-time schedule.

The successful candidate will oversee brand, content, digital marketing, CRM, customer experience, and performance marketing activities while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and long-term growth goals.
The role combines strategic leadership, team management, commercial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration within a highly respected luxury consumer brand.
Provide leadership and direction to a marketing team of approximately 17 professionals.
Lead and support two senior direct reports responsible for:
Maintain team performance, engagement, and operational effectiveness throughout the contract period.
Execute and oversee marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Ensure consistency and excellence across all customer touchpoints.
Support continued commercial growth while maintaining premium brand positioning.
Act as senior editorial lead across:
Oversee a flagship editorial publication alongside broader content and brand initiatives.
Provide strategic oversight for:
Partner with Group Digital teams on:
Work closely with:
Ensure marketing activities support:
Manage relationships with external partners including:
