REV Branding Industries is seeking a Social Media & Creative Director to lead the creative strategy, direction, and execution of social media content for agency clients.
The role may be structured as either part-time or full-time depending on the candidate’s experience, availability, and overall fit.
The Social Media & Creative Director will oversee social media strategy, content planning, creative direction, and brand consistency across client accounts.
The position combines responsibilities related to social media strategy, creative leadership, client communication, and campaign execution.
Develop customized social media strategies based on client brand identity, audience, goals, and industry
Manage client social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Plan content calendars, campaign concepts, post themes, and creative initiatives
Support the Digital Ads team with strategic campaign deliverables
Ensure all published content aligns with each client’s visual identity, brand voice, and marketing objectives
Write or oversee social media captions, campaign messaging, and post copy
Provide creative direction for graphics, reels, advertisements, and digital content assets
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, account managers, videographers, and additional team members
Communicate client requests and priorities clearly to internal teams
Serve as a client-facing contact for social media strategy, planning, and creative updates
Review content before publication to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize future content strategies using insights and analytics
Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creative formats
Experience managing social media accounts for brands, businesses, or agency clients
Strong understanding of social media strategy, branding, and creative direction
Ability to write effective captions, campaign messaging, and social media copy
Experience creating graphics, editing reels, and producing visual content for social media
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools
Experience scheduling and publishing content across major social media platforms
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with experience managing multiple clients
Comfortable participating in client meetings and client-facing communication
Strong visual design awareness including layout, photography, video, and branding consistency
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and account management teams
Comfortable providing and receiving creative feedback
Experience with reporting, analytics, and social media performance evaluation considered a plus
