The Vice President of Community and Brand will lead the company’s community engagement, public voice, brand communications, and customer relationship strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role oversees a multidisciplinary organization spanning social media, PR, livestreams, events, community management, influencer engagement, and customer advisory initiatives.
The position is focused on strengthening trust and engagement with mental health practitioners while scaling community-led brand growth and advocacy efforts across the healthcare ecosystem.
Develop and execute a company-wide community and brand strategy focused on trust, engagement, product adoption, and long-term customer retention.
Scale community initiatives into a core driver of customer connection and brand growth.
Oversee online communities, clinician meetups, customer advisory groups, live events, and engagement programs.
Strengthen feedback loops between practitioners and internal product teams.
Lead livestreams, digital communications, and public-facing storytelling initiatives.
Humanize company messaging and strengthen transparency with customers and the broader mental health community.
Manage public relations strategy, influencer partnerships, brand ambassadors, and social media communications.
Ensure consistent, authoritative, and empathetic brand positioning across channels.
Identify and adopt emerging technologies, including ethical AI applications, to improve community engagement and customer experience.
Drive experimentation and innovation across digital engagement initiatives.
Manage budgets, team resources, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Contribute to the Marketing Leadership Team and broader company growth strategy.
Help build a strong organizational culture and career development environment for team members.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Mental health-related education, research, or clinical experience strongly preferred.
8+ years of experience within corporate, SaaS, HealthTech, or Mental HealthTech environments.
Strong public communication and thought leadership presence.
Experience across social media, PR, events, and community-building initiatives.
Comfortable with modern digital tools, AI technologies, and emerging engagement platforms.
Track record of innovative marketing and brand execution.
Strong customer empathy and relationship-building mindset.
Experience engaging directly with practitioner or healthcare communities preferred.
Base salary range: $240,000–$300,000 USD.
