What You’ll Do

You will attend board meetings and provide objective advice on strategic direction, growth opportunities, and organizational priorities. You will support corporate governance, ensuring strong oversight of financial performance, compliance, and risk management practices.

You will also contribute to discussions around capital raising, investment structures, and expansion strategies, helping guide the business through growth opportunities and market developments.

What You’ll Bring

You bring proven experience in board leadership, corporate advisory, or senior executive roles. You have a strong track record in forming private funds, raising capital from a range of investor groups, and supporting growth through consolidation or roll-up strategies.

Experience within the senior living, elderly care, or broader healthcare sectors is highly valuable. You are a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and a commitment to high ethical standards and organizational integrity.
