At the core of AIMS is proprietary artificial intelligence technology designed for medical applications. The technology analyses medical information to support individualised treatment protocols and is licensed for use across AIMS' healthcare businesses.

An observational study of the AI-driven protocol applied through ATCA reported that 80% of participants following the protocol showed no further decline in mild cognitive impairment. AIMS' broader vision is to apply artificial intelligence, data and precision medicine across cognitive health, regenerative medicine, sleep, inflammation and longevity.

The Role

AIMS is seeking accomplished healthcare executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, investors, operators and strategy leaders to join its Advisory Board and help guide the company's next phase of growth and long-term value creation.

Advisory Board Members will work directly with company leadership to evaluate opportunities, strengthen strategic priorities and support the development of durable enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

• Advise leadership on corporate strategy, healthcare growth, commercialization and value creation.
• Evaluate market opportunities, business models, partnerships and expansion priorities.
• Support leadership in assessing risks, operating priorities and opportunities across the AIMS portfolio.

Capital & Governance

• Provide perspective on capital strategy, investor readiness, governance and enterprise development.
• Participate in periodic Advisory Board discussions and provide independent executive-level judgment.

Strategic Relationships

• Help identify relationships with healthcare systems, physician organisations, strategic partners, investors and industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Senior executive, entrepreneurial, investment or operating experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Demonstrated experience scaling companies, developing markets or building enterprise value.
• Knowledge of healthcare commercialization, strategic partnerships, capital formation or corporate development.
• Ability to provide practical, independent guidance on complex growth and investment decisions.
• Established relationships within healthcare, technology, finance, research or corporate markets are strongly valued.
• Physicians with leadership, innovation or practice-building experience are encouraged to apply.

Time Commitment

Approximately 1–2 hours per month. The role is remote and designed to accommodate active executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, investors and other senior leaders.

Advisor Opportunity

Advisory Board Members will have the opportunity to contribute to a healthcare company focused on cognitive health, aging and chronic disease.

A potential perk of the role is the ability to make a $50K+ angel investment in the company using an IRA, 401(k) or another funding source alongside other advisors, where applicable.
