Inspired Temps is hiring a Temporary Sales Enablement Lead for a global education organization with an ambitious growth agenda. This role will help transform how the company’s teams sell high-value assessment solutions.
This is a fully remote, UK-based assignment offering up to 3 days per week (21 hours) with flexibility on how hours are distributed throughout the week.
You are a commercially minded enablement specialist who understands that lasting impact comes from changing behaviors rather than simply delivering training.
You are hands-on, credible, and comfortable working directly with sales teams on live opportunities. You bring a practical approach to enablement and understand how to equip managers to coach effectively and sustain long-term performance improvements.
This highly visible assignment focuses on improving how sales teams position and sell assessment solutions.
You will design and implement a scalable sales enablement approach, with a strong emphasis on manager-led coaching, improved pipeline management, and more effective sales conversations.
Working closely with leadership and regional teams, you will pilot initiatives in key markets, develop practical tools and playbooks, and support teams in improving qualification, positioning, and conversion performance.
You will also help define sales standards and establish a consistent framework for pipeline management and sales activity across global teams.
