Its Essential Gourmet Whey Protein Concentrate is made with A2 milk sourced from pasture-raised cows in the French Alps. The product is cold-filtered and minimally formulated, with a mild, creamy profile designed to be highly digestible and easy to incorporate into daily routines.

The company has also expanded into French Gourmet Protein Ice Cream, offering high protein, no added sugar and a proprietary formulation designed to deliver the taste and texture of a premium dessert.

The Role

Protelicious is seeking senior executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, investors, operators and functional nutrition leaders to serve on its Advisory Board.

Advisory Board Members will help shape the company's strategy as it strengthens its direct-to-consumer business, expands market awareness and prepares for its next stage of growth.

The role will provide strategic guidance across business strategy, functional nutrition, commercialization, brand development, capital formation and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

• Advise the founders on growth strategy, market positioning and operating priorities.
• Help evaluate direct-to-consumer growth opportunities, partnerships and new market channels.
• Provide guidance on company-building and scalable growth initiatives.

Functional Nutrition & Consumer Health

• Provide perspective on the functional nutrition market and evolving consumer expectations around protein, ingredient quality and wellness.
• Advise on brand credibility, consumer education and responsible health-related positioning.
• Provide insight into products designed for adoption as part of consumers' daily routines.

Capital & Strategic Relationships

• Provide perspective on capital strategy and preparation for future institutional growth.
• Help identify commercial, healthcare and strategic relationships that can accelerate the business.
• Make relevant introductions to operators, investors, healthcare leaders and potential strategic partners.

Advisory Participation

• Participate in periodic virtual advisory meetings with company leadership and other Board members.
• Review relevant materials and provide strategic guidance as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Senior executive, physician, entrepreneur, investor, operator or industry leader with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in functional nutrition, consumer health, healthcare, consumer products, venture capital or growth-stage businesses.
• Track record in strategy, commercialization, brand development, partnerships or company building.
• Understanding of direct-to-consumer business models and the factors that drive adoption and retention.
• Ability to evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions and provide practical strategic guidance.
• Interest in science-backed nutrition and products designed to become part of consumers' daily routines.
• Strong professional network and willingness to provide relevant strategic introductions.
• Experience as an investor, advisor, founder or Board member is beneficial but not required.
