Role Purpose

The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance and industry expertise to support:

Key Responsibilities

Advise executive leadership and the board on U.S. commercialization strategy.

Support the identification, development, and expansion of strategic partnerships.

Provide insight into:

• U.S. healthcare systems
• Diagnostic markets
• Provider organizations
• Industry stakeholders

Guide market entry planning, including:

• Regulatory considerations
• Reimbursement strategy
• Adoption pathways

Help establish relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare, diagnostics, and life sciences.

Support fundraising efforts, investor engagement activities, and strategic positioning initiatives where appropriate.

Provide governance oversight and strategic guidance as the company scales internationally.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess senior leadership experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Diagnostics
• Medical devices
• Pathology
• Oncology
• Healthcare technology

Candidates should also have experience with:

• Commercializing healthcare products in the United States
• Building healthcare partnerships and market access strategies
• Working with hospitals, health systems, laboratories, clinicians, and payers
• Scaling emerging healthcare technologies from innovation through clinical adoption

Preferred Experience

Previous executive leadership or board experience.

Track record of successfully launching healthcare technologies in the U.S. market.

Strong professional network across healthcare, diagnostics, and life sciences sectors.

Understanding of:
