
We are seeking a highly experienced healthcare professional to serve as the clinical and business facing leader for a medication adherence solution built on Xspan. This role requires a confident and articulate communicator who can engage physicians and healthcare executives directly, demonstrate the platform’s capabilities, and translate complex technical functionality into meaningful clinical and operational value.
The ideal candidate brings more than 15 years of healthcare industry experience and is equally comfortable presenting to physicians as they are collaborating with technical teams. This individual will operate as a trusted advisor, solution evangelist, and healthcare subject matter expert, helping clinical organizations understand, adopt, and maximize the value of the platform.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical insight, technology fluency, and strong stakeholder influence.
Serve as the primary healthcare facing representative for the medication adherence platform built on Xspan.
Engage physicians, clinical leadership, and healthcare executives in both in person and virtual settings with confidence and clarity.
Lead product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs tailored to clinical workflows and real world use cases.
Clearly communicate the clinical, operational, and financial value delivered by the platform.
Translate complex product capabilities into clear clinical and business outcomes that resonate with healthcare stakeholders.
Position the solution within broader care management, population health, and medication adherence strategies.
Act as a strategic thought partner to healthcare leaders focused on improving adherence, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes.
Partner closely with engineering, product, and business intelligence teams to represent the needs and priorities of clinical stakeholders.
Provide structured feedback gathered from physicians and operational users to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and healthcare stakeholders.
Identify barriers to adoption within clinical organizations and develop strategies that accelerate uptake and sustained platform usage.
Support clinical champions and leadership teams in integrating the solution into existing care workflows.
Serve as a strategic advisor throughout implementation, expansion, and long term optimization.
The ideal candidate brings more than 15 years of experience within the healthcare industry, ideally across provider organizations, health systems, digital health companies, or payer environments.
Proven experience working directly with physicians and clinical leadership is required.
Experience in digital health, population health, care management, medication adherence, or healthcare analytics platforms is strongly preferred.
Exceptional executive presence and verbal communication skills, particularly when engaging physicians and clinical leaders.
Strong ability to explain complex technical capabilities using clinically meaningful language.
Comfortable leading live product demonstrations and strategic solution discussions.
Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and healthcare data.
Ability to quickly grasp and clearly explain technical platform capabilities, integrations, and analytics outputs.
Experience acting as a translator between product and engineering teams and clinical stakeholders.
Credible and confident in physician facing environments.
Consultative in approach with a strong solution oriented mindset.
Highly articulate storyteller capable of connecting technology capabilities to meaningful improvements in patient care outcomes.
