CMP is seeking PhD-qualified researchers, scientists, scholars, and academics to contribute to the editorial and strategic direction of its publications.

The Role

Editorial Board Members will support the academic quality, editorial direction, and integrity of CMP's peer-reviewed journals.

The role involves reviewing manuscripts, contributing to editorial strategy, recommending reviewers and contributors, supporting publishing ethics, and helping increase the visibility and impact of the journals within relevant academic communities.

Key Responsibilities

Manuscript Evaluation

• Review submissions for academic quality, originality, and relevance.
• Provide detailed and constructive peer-review feedback.
• Complete reviews within the timelines and policies established by the journal.

Editorial Contribution

• Suggest themes for special issues and editorial focus areas.
• Recommend qualified reviewers and contributors.
• Share subject-matter insights to help shape the journal's research direction.

Academic Quality & Ethics

• Uphold best practices in academic publishing and research ethics.
• Identify potential plagiarism, conflicts of interest, and other ethical issues.
• Support transparency and academic integrity throughout the review process.

Outreach & Promotion

• Represent the journal at relevant academic platforms where feasible.
• Promote journal visibility within your institution and scholarly network.

Strategic Input

• Attend periodic editorial board meetings.
• Provide recommendations for editorial processes and impact growth.
