Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Pleasanton, CA. As a CFO, you will oversee all aspects of financial planning, strategy, and operations for our clients. Key responsibilities include developing financial strategies, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain financial stability for clients while supporting their long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and developing actionable financial strategies
• Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• In-depth knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement risk management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• MBA in Finance or a related field or CPA designation is preferred
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role
