Evident Change seeks a director of finance to coordinate and oversee our accounting and our financial planning and analysis operations, policies and procedures, reporting systems, and overall fiscal management. Our Compensation and Benefit OfferingsThe national average salary for this three-quarter-time position ranges between $97,500 and $119,000 per year. Compensation is dependent on experience, parity with peers, and where an employee lives.Evident Change offers a monthly stipend to support our “work-from-anywhere” culture as well as other great benefits, including customizable medical, vision, and dental coverage.
