This Director of Product Management role is a senior leadership position designed for a product leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will lead the transition to a Product-Led Growth model while actively contributing as a player-coach across the product portfolio.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will own the product roadmap, delivery, and performance across multiple products. You will act as the bridge between executive vision and technical execution, ensuring products are continuously optimized for user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
You will lead the adoption of Product-Led Growth methodologies, driving improvements in retention, upsell, and organic acquisition. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, focusing on high-impact opportunities across the portfolio.
You will direct the product roadmap, balancing the needs of existing users with the development of new, high-growth features. You will manage and mentor the product team, fostering a culture rooted in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will act as a Product Owner within a delivery squad, writing product requirements, managing backlogs, and working closely with engineering teams to ship updates. You will also support M&A activities by contributing to product due diligence and identifying growth opportunities within potential acquisitions.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to maintain a strong pace of iteration and ensure high-quality product delivery.
You bring over 10 years of experience in product management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within B2C mobile environments. You have deep expertise in product metrics such as LTV, CAC, ARPU, and churn, and a proven ability to drive engagement and revenue in subscription-based models.
You are highly analytical, using data to inform decisions rather than intuition, and have strong experience with Agile methodologies and modern product tools. You are a hands-on leader who can move from strategy to execution seamlessly while guiding and developing your team.
You are comfortable operating in high-autonomy environments and have the ability to identify and prioritize the most impactful growth opportunities. You are also an effective communicator, able to connect high-level strategy with detailed technical execution.
Success in this role means driving measurable improvements in user engagement, retention, and revenue while successfully transitioning the organization to a Product-Led Growth model. You will build a high-performing product team and deliver scalable, high-impact product improvements across the portfolio.
This is a full-time independent contractor position, fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while operating with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
