Maybe you've been working in tech for a few years and you're good at what you do, but you've got that itch to build something yourself.

You want more ownership. You want to make the decisions. You want to build something from the beginning rather than spending your time working through someone else's roadmap.

You just haven't found the right thing to build yet.

We're looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join us on a new in-house tech venture.

There's already an initial product in place, and we're at the stage where we want to bring in a genuine technical partner to build it with us.

This isn't someone to hand a list of features to or someone we're looking to manage.

We're looking for someone who wants to take real ownership of the technology and product, challenge ideas, bring their own perspective, and help decide where we take the business.

You don't need to quit your job tomorrow. We're completely open to someone starting part-time alongside their current role, getting stuck into what we're building and seeing where we can take it together.

Who We're Looking For

• You might be a Software Engineer, AI Engineer, Founding Engineer, or Technical Lead who's been thinking about what it would be like to build something of your own.
• Strong full-stack experience and a track record of building and shipping products.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, and AI-powered products.
• A builder's mindset — someone who can take an idea and run with it.
• Someone who enjoys figuring things out, testing ideas, and getting products into people's hands.
• Someone who may feel they've hit a ceiling in their current role or is tired of building someone else's vision.

What We're Building

We're deliberately keeping the details fairly close to our chest at this stage.

What we can say is that it's an early-stage tech product with:

• An initial version already built.
• A clear problem we're looking to solve.
• Plenty of opportunity to shape what comes next.

We're not looking for an employee.

We're looking for a co-founder and genuine partner who wants to build something with us from the ground up.
