Vault is a performance-driven marketing and media buying network founded in 2019. We built our foundation in the highly-regulated sports betting industry, and now power high-volume, high-intent traffic for brands across iGaming, prediction markets, finance, and more. We’re now expanding aggressively into finance and crypto mobile app partnerships, and we’re looking for someone to lead that charge.
Role Description
We’re hiring a Head of Performance Partnerships to own and scale performance-based mobile app deals, primarily in the finance and crypto space.
This is not an entry-level partnerships role. We’re looking for someone who has:
- Closed CPI/CPA/event-based mobile app deals
- Structured performance-based user acquisition agreements
- Worked directly with growth or UA teams at mobile-first brands
- Has some experience with MMPs
- Brings existing relationships or a book of business
You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing performance-based partnerships where Vault drives mobile traffic to partner apps.
What You'll Do
- Identify and close performance-based mobile app deals (primarily CPA, but can be CPI, hybrid, or rev-share)
- Partner with finance, crypto, fintech, and adjacent mobile brands
- Negotiate commercial terms and traffic structures
- Work alongside Vault’s media buying teams to launch and scale campaigns
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with growth and UA teams
- Develop a repeatable outbound and deal pipeline process
- Help shape Vault’s expansion into new verticals beyond iGaming
Qualifications
- 5+ years in performance marketing, mobile UA, or partnership sales
- Proven track record closing app-based performance deals
- Strong understanding of: Mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.), CPI / CPA / in-app event pricing models, Media buying economics
- Experience in finance, crypto, fintech, or similarly regulated industries
- Existing brand relationships strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable building something new
- High ownership and accountability

Compensation
- Flexible structure (base + performance-heavy commission OR performance-weighted structure)
- Significant upside based on deals closed and scaled
