The business is transitioning from a bespoke, sales-led model toward a more scalable, product-centric platform, with increased investment in data, artificial intelligence and analytics capabilities.

The Role

The Head of Data & AI Product will lead the company's Data & AI product strategy and help build scalable intelligence capabilities across the platform.

The role combines senior product leadership with hands-on involvement in key priorities and is focused on turning Data & AI investment into measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Data & AI Product Strategy

• Own the Data & AI product strategy across infrastructure, optimisation, reporting and revenue intelligence.
• Build a scalable intelligence layer from fragmented data and manual workflows.
• Shift optimisation from rules-based processes to AI-driven decision-making.
• Drive measurable commercial impact from Data & AI investments.

Product Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of three Product Managers.
• Remain hands-on with key product priorities.
• Help drive the transition toward a product-centric platform.

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership experience in SaaS.
• Strong technical background in data, AI/ML or platform products.
• Experience building scalable data, AI or analytics capabilities.
• Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on with strategic and technical priorities.

Work Arrangement

Remote position with travel to Berlin approximately once per month.
