About LearnLux

LearnLux is a global provider of workplace financial wellbeing, combining fiduciary digital financial planning with one-on-one guidance from Certified Financial Planner™ professionals.

Its platform helps employees navigate financial decisions including budgeting, benefits elections, equity compensation, home buying and retirement. LearnLux serves large enterprise customers and is backed by venture capital following a Series B funding round.

The company is focused on growth and building its platform for scale, with an emphasis on ownership, high-quality work and continuous problem-solving.

The Role

The Director of Product Management will translate LearnLux's mission into a clear product vision and strategy, building experiences that serve people across countries, cultures, languages and financial systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role covering long-term product direction, operating model development and close collaboration with Product, Design and Engineering. The role will also focus on identifying opportunities for AI to improve member experiences and financial outcomes while evolving Product and Design practices for an AI-native environment.

As LearnLux grows, the Director will also help scale the Product and Design organisation, including its talent, capabilities and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own and evolve LearnLux's product vision, strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate the company mission into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of members, clients and the market to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Define how product success is measured and connect engagement and behaviour to meaningful financial outcomes.
  • Lead product direction across the member experience and platform capabilities required to serve complex global workforces.

Global Product Development

  • Build global considerations into product decisions, including localisation, member experience, privacy, regulation, data and platform capabilities.
  • Partner with Product, Design and Engineering to shape solutions, make trade-offs, define success and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery.
  • Translate member insight, client needs, commercial opportunities and market signals into product strategy.

AI & Product Innovation

  • Identify where AI can fundamentally improve the product and delivery of financial guidance.
  • Help define how Product and Design operate in an AI-native environment.
  • Use AI and agentic workflows to accelerate discovery, research, prototyping, product definition and iteration.
  • Build AI-enabled capabilities across the Product and Design organisation.

Product & Design Leadership

  • Lead and evolve the Product and Design organisation.
  • Develop the talent, craft, operating model and capabilities required as LearnLux scales.
  • Build a strong product organisation capable of delivering against long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, including experience building, scaling or evolving a strong product organisation.
  • Experience owning product strategy and translating it into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Track record of materially improving engagement, retention, customer behaviour or other meaningful product outcomes.
  • Proven people leadership across Product Managers and Designers.
  • Experience across both customer-facing products and the platforms or infrastructure that support them.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear strategy and action.
  • Ability to operate across multiple levels, from long-term strategy to hands-on product decisions.
  • Experience building products for global or complex customer environments.
  • Understanding of how localisation, regulation and regional differences influence product decisions.
  • Enterprise B2B experience, ideally in benefits, fintech or HR technology.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to build alignment across technical, commercial and operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated financial services.
  • Experience building or evolving a Design practice.
  • Experience building AI-powered products or leading teams using AI-native and agentic ways of working.
  • Experience scaling a Product organisation through a meaningful stage of company growth.

What We're Looking For

LearnLux is seeking a product leader who is:

  • Able to balance systems-level thinking with detailed product execution.
  • Excited by the impact of AI, technology and changes in the market.
  • Committed to high standards for product craft and customer outcomes.
  • A clear communicator who proactively shares context and collaborates across a remote organisation.

  • Financial wellbeing support through LearnLux.
  • Paid vacation and sick leave.
  • Paid sabbatical after five years of service.
  • Supportive and inclusive team culture.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and growth.

Compensation
